Denka manufactures excellent thermal conductivity products, includes thermal conductivity grease, thermal conductivity pad, phase change and thermal conductivity film. They are in high thermal conductivity and very stable in property. Use on computers and electronic products.
Grease TypeIt is thermal compound which made of silicon. It has extremely low thermal resistance and be best for MPU, IC and so on.
Spacer Type
It is thermal conductivity pad which also made of silicon. It fills in the micro-gaps and stick to it, thus, it is good for IC on audio-visuals and so no.
Phase Change
It is a non-silicon materials, it made of thermoplastics and ceramics filler. It gets soft when heated. It is suitable for MPU and so on.
Sheet Type
It is a thermal conductive and insulated sheet, made of silicon. The sheet is being reinforced with glass fiber and is suitable to be used on power transistors and so on. |
